Special Instructions:

  1. Quote will be based on Supply and Install of materials and workmanship to complete the work.
  2. Signature on the RFQ means the Contractor accepts the General Terms and Conditions attached.
  3. Selected Contractor will supply proof of WSIB and CGL Insurance (1 million minimum) before undertaking work.
  4. This work is on a First Nation and excluded from GST/HST. An exemption certificate can be provided.
  5. Release of Holdback is dependent on final inspection.
  6. M’Chigeeng First Nation payments are made on a net 30 basis.
  7. Attach scope of work quotes to this RFQ page to each project location
  8. Contractor to propose ramp design which will be subject to approval from the Housing Office.
