- Selected Contractor will supply proof of WSIB and CGL Insurance (1 million minimum) before undertaking work.
- This work is on a First Nation and excluded from GST/HST. An exemption certificate can be provided.
- Release of Holdback is dependent on final inspection.
- M’Chigeeng First Nation payments are made on a net 30 basis.
- Attach scope of work quotes to this RFQ page to each project location
- Contractor to propose ramp design which will be subject to approval from the Housing Office.
