- Removal of all debris and hauling to approved dumping area, ensuring site is clean and neat.
Special Instructions:
- Quote will be based on Supply and Install of materials and workmanship to complete the work.
- Signature on the RFQ means the Contractor accepts the General Terms and Conditions attached.
- Selected Contractor will supply proof of WSIB and CGL Insurance (1 million minimum) before undertaking work.
- This work is on a First Nation and excluded from GST/HST. An exemption certificate can be provided.
- Release of Holdback is dependent on final inspection.
- M’Chigeeng First Nation payments are made on a net 30 basis.
