Good afternoon, M’Chigeeng. The Public Works Department would like to notify the community of heavy snow fall warning expect for the evening of Wednesday, February 22nd, 2023. The heavy snow fall warning is expected to start Wednesday evening into Thursday evening. We would like to remind the public to exercise caution when driving and to drive according to weather conditions. We wish everyone good health and safety when driving. The Public Works Department will continuously work hard to ensure roads are as clear as possible during this time.
The Public Works Department would like to take this time as well to notify all Snow Removal Applicants of driveway snow removal. Snow removal will begin once the storm has cleared.
