**NOTIFICATION OF AFFECTED AGENCIES**

Please be advised that E. Corbiere and Sons Contracting has been contracted by M’Chigeeng First Nation for the construction of the M’Chigeeng Watermain Extension on Cross Hill Road from Spring Bay Road to Hill Road and Corbiere Road in M’Chigeeng for a span of 2,040 meters.
The work entails: A Phase 1 Watermain Extension. This work will require a road closure and traffic restricted to 1 lane throughout sections of the road to local traffic only with a detour via Hill Road to Lakeshore Road and Spring Bay Roads. Traffic will be controlled either with a barricade or traffic control persons. E. Corbiere and Sons Contracting traffic control staff will be reminded that Emergency services travelling throughout the site take precedence over other traffic and contract operations.
The work within this road closure is scheduled to run between Monday, June 5th 2023 and Monday, July 10th 2023 with work taking place from 7:00am to 6:00pm for this duration. Please note that the work will be continuous through weekdays exclusive of Saturday and Sundays commencing June 5th 2023.
