Teresa Cadieux nindizhinikaaz, I come from an indigenous background, I am married with six wonderful children, nine grandchildren, and looking forward to one more come February. I have an education in Business Administration and Social Services with several years’ working experience. Prior to working in the administrative field, I held a position as a Health Care Aid and then a Developmental Counsellor for more than ten years. I loved one on one interaction and assisting others in realizing and obtaining their goals.
I try to keep a balance of work and home-life and when not hitting the books to upgrade my skills, I am either gardening, swimming, crocheting, or re-designing my home; my spouse keeps threatening to cut our HGTV subscription, lol.
I look forward to working with M’Chigeeng Health Centre and my peers to deliver essential services within the community that reflect First Nation values and diversity and continue to learn the culture.
