The M’Chigeeng Princess and Brave will represent M’Chigeeng First Nation at Pow-Wows, various community gatherings and events at large. This pageant will occur at the M’Chigeeng Pow Wow grounds during supper break at 6pm, Saturday September 2nd, 2023.

Eligibility Requirements:

MFN Band Member, On or Off-Reserve
Open to ages 13 – 24.

To Enter:

• Submit a photo of yourself with an introdution and short biography
• On Saturday September 2nd at 6pm, be prepared for a dance competition and public speaking, answering the following questions
  • Why do you want to represent M’Chigeeng?
  • How should a pow wow Princess/Brave hold themselves inside and outside the dance arena?
  • How will you represent M’Chigeeng?

Point System By 3 Judges:

The newly crowned M’Chigeeng Princess and appointed Brave will be announced as the newest Pow Wow Royalty on Saturday September 2nd, 2023, shortly after pageant.
