Reminders for the upcoming 2 weeks:
Friday, December 9th – all classes to go skating at the arena
9:30-10:30 – grades 3, 4, 5 – bus will depart right at 9:00 a.m.
10:30-11:00 – grades SK, 1, 2
1:00-2:30 – grades 6, 6/7, 8
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED.
Also, on Friday, December 9th, Lakeview School is being presented with a music performance from the Manitoulin Secondary School Music Program. This takes place from 11:40-12:15!
Next week:
Monday, December 12 – concert practice – on stage for classes
Tuesday, December 13 – dress rehearsal for concert during the day and Christmas concert in the evening at 7:00. Bus pick up at community complex at 6:30 p.m. Students will remain in their classrooms while families enjoy the entire performance.
Wednesday, December 14 – Christmas movie and popcorn in the gym during the afternoon
Thursday, December 15 – students vs staff hockey game at the arena – 10:00 a.m.
Friday, December 15 – Pancake breakfast, Pajama Day, class celebrations, afternoon Christmas dance in the gymnasium, and a special visitor will visit the classrooms in the morning!
