Boozhoo Lakeview Families!
It is such an honour to be back at Lakeview School! I have really enjoyed visiting classrooms and am beginning to make connections with the students. I am very certain that the remainder of the school year is going to be amazing!
Here is some important information for December:
- Friday, December 9th – skating for all classes at the arena, teachers will be provided with a schedule for their class to attend. Students require skates and a helmet.
- Tuesday, December 13th – Christmas Concert, 7:00 p.m. A bus will be scheduled to pick up families in the evening. Students will remain in their classrooms during the duration of the concert. All families are encouraged to stay until the end of the concert, please.
- Wednesday, December 14th – Christmas movie in the gym with popcorn and hot chocolate.
- Thursday, December 15th – Students versus staff hockey game. Families will be notified of selected student players, 10:00 a.m. All students will attend to cheer on both teams!
- Friday, December 16th – Pancake breakfast, Pajama Day, Christmas Dance celebration in the gym and a special visitor. This is the last day of school before holidays.
- January 3, 2023 students return to school.
